Financial reporting requirements imposed by RERA and DLD ensure transparency, proper fund management, and compliance with project regulations. A certified auditor must submit it, covering all inflows, expenditures, progress updates, and project closure details.

  • RT 03 – a quarterly report outlining fund movements and construction progress during the active development stage.
  • RT 04 – a final report confirming the completion of construction and the financial closure of the project’s escrow account.
