  • Management accounting and reporting, including:
    • income / sales revenues, including monitoring of sales in progress, payment schedules (payment plans), payment receipts and receivables, and other collections
    • costs and expenses, including those incurred under an approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ), provisional sum (PS) items, prime cost (PC) items and other components
  • Cash flow management, including managing:
    • inflows (as per plans)
    • outflows (as per financing capacity)
    • processes (slow down or speed up the construction works at site)
    • business operations and sales
  • Monthly / quarterly / biannually reviews and assessments
