- Management accounting and reporting, including:
- income / sales revenues, including monitoring of sales in progress, payment schedules (payment plans), payment receipts and receivables, and other collections
- costs and expenses, including those incurred under an approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ), provisional sum (PS) items, prime cost (PC) items and other components
- Cash flow management, including managing:
- inflows (as per plans)
- outflows (as per financing capacity)
- processes (slow down or speed up the construction works at site)
- business operations and sales
- Monthly / quarterly / biannually reviews and assessments
