Assistance on compliance with DLD/RERA for developer and/or project registration

  • Developer registration with RERA (if required)
  • Checklist of documents and procedural requirements
    • Developer license
    • Nakheel Affection plan / Trakhees Site plan
    • Demarcation certificate
    • Contractor contract
    • Consultant contract
    • Concept / schematic / detail designs (as applicable)
    • Building Permit (as applicable)
  • Nakheel (master developer) Sales & Marketing NOC
  • Registration in the OQOOD System
    • Project survey (architectural drawings/apartment layouts)
    • Registration of inventory in the OQOOD System
  • Registration in TAS System (Trust Account System)
  • Project Site Inspection Report as per RERA guidelines (zero percentage or percentage of works completed at the site, as applicable)
  • Escrow account with an authorised escrow bank for project registration with RERA
  • Fulfilment of 30% escrow account requirement (through developer equity, percentage of works completed at site or a combination)
  • Project registration with RERA
